I just got back from running up to Oxford, MS for the afternoon/evening, to see X-Men 3 with elisel and hang out a bit. It was lots of fun, despite the movie's script, which sucked ass and had us going "WTF??" on several occasions. Heh. I'm actually quite scared at these recent developments--lately, random plots have been taking over my brain like a big oozy blob or something. It's like that scene in the Matrix where Neo takes the red pill and gets swallowed by the mirror. Very. Very. Frightening. And I never even wanted to write fic in the first place... *whines*

Dude, something hilarious happened the other day that I just had to share with you. So I had the TV on Sci-Fi channel at about midnight, not paying attention to what was on, and this cheesy-ass killer shark flick from like 4 years ago comes on (we're talking serious B-grade here), and who’s the lead actor but Cap’n Jack!! Too damn funny. You know you’re hooked on a show when you start to recognize the characters everywhere. *snarfle*

Yeah, the movie was fun to see, if somewhat craptastic due to the writing. And from the hints dropped, it looks like there might be a fourth. Whee!

Heh. Yeah, we'll have to see how the fic goes. I've never written a fic. Ever. But just in the past week I've been assaulted from all corners by plot bunnies--it's very, very frightening. At least this one's a collab, so I won't be stuck in it alone. *whimpers*

I'm going to go see X-Men3 with Lach because we saw the last two together. He's excited by the fact of the other characters that are in it.

I can definitely agree with the Hugh Jackman lust - we grow 'em good out here in Australia! LOL

Yes. This was the batshit post. I've been a little nutty ever since I got my DSL back, like being on a constant sugar high, but Sunday was a whole new pinnacle. The list I could give you of aussie actors (male and female) that have gone huge with movies and TV would be massive. I'm quite proud of my countries talent, both in looks and skill! *giggles*
