The legal status matters little. I've already tried it twice, I didn't care for it either time (thankfully).

I do not have a uterus, so i have no choice in the matter. Secondly, gay... not breeding... no choice in the matter. :)
[04] Do you think the world would fail with a female president?
That's quite a lofty question. The whole world??? Common sense would tell me 'no'. Other countries have already had female leaders, yet they're/we're still here.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
It's something that's already happened, people put to death, so technically I beleive in it. Do I beleive it's necessary? Yes, in some cases (on an individual and case by case basis) it should be permissible.
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
The legal status matters little. However, I'm a proponent for all substances being legalized (though the status means little) because people are going to do what people are going to do. Granted, mass legalization would thin out the population short term.
[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
Given my status legally, i would say 'for it'.
[08] Do you believe in God?
Not in the Christian sense, but I do believe there are powers and entities that are far beyond human comprehension.
[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
Absolutely. If 2 guys or 2 girls want to commit themselves to another, then they should have the same hopes and risks that the straight crowd has. Already have been living it for 9 years, regardless of what is or is not permissible by law.
[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
I'm honestly torn about this. In one respect, there should be no boundaries and borders in a perfect world where people have respect for one another, their property, etc.. If this were the case, this question would be moot. Given that we do not live in that world, it would be a drain on any county's resources to support a massive influx of people that are given stipends and special treatment when they have not paid into it as the rest of the citizens of said country have.
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
I do not have any say so in this matter either. My concerns partially would be for the girl, the the majority of my concerns would be for the baby's welfare, having a fair chance while growing up.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
If you are old enough to be enlisted for your country, you should be allowed this priviledge as well. Other countries seem to do well enough without having a rule against this (though in the American culture of 'more is better'..not sure this would be wise, but as with legalizing all drugs.. there would be a body count in the short term even with the age being lowered to 18). So yeah.. do away with the age limit altogether.
[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
It should never have started in the first place. But now, I cannot say call it off. I do think there should be a comprehensive plan to back us out of there gracefully. Maybe the country as a whole would be eating a bit of crow in the meantime, but we should not have been there in the first place.
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
Absolutely. You make your choices how and while you live, there should be no issue on someone wanting help to end their own life. It's their life, not your's. (yeah yeah, I know people say 'what about all the people you hurt leaving behind.. all the people that will miss you'. Well, they'll still miss you.. but it is not their life to make a choice on, respectively.)

Yes! There are instances where corporal punishment really is better than a 'time out' or making little Billy or Susie write sentances. Also take away their internet connection, their Xbox or whatever game system while you're at it.

I wouldn't put a price tag on that action.

I don't beleive that either candidate (or party) truly has the best interest of the people in mind. No matter who wins, everyone loses.
