I'd love to get the info from you. I went to a obgyn to see if I had it, and they did my bloodwork and it came out normal. Then I went back to my normal doc and he referred me to a endocrinologist, but I haven't been there yet to take different tests. I didn't even know there were different stages of it. I just really want to get it all under control n stuff. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Heather

There are different stages as far as the symptom severity, and there is different types based on the symptoms each individual has. Sometime next week I go in for blood tests. Sometimes your bloodwork comes out normal because they don't check EVERYTHING. My new doc is checking anything that can possibly be a sign of pcos in my blood. Because it is already confirmed that I have the cysts on one of my ovaries they need to know if one of the other factors is present as well (heightened testosterone, high LH or insuline resistance) if any of those are indicative of PCOS then I will get my diagnosis. An Endocrinologist is the best doctor you can go to for PCOS as they deal with hormones and it is a problem with hormones. send me a message sometime, Ryan has my screen name. we should chat.
