The good news is: My Student, Meg, passed her test, and is being allowed to move on to the next level in Music Theory. Her mother caught me after Mass yesterday to tell me. She mentioned they'd prolly have me continue to come over through the fall. She also told my mom, "She's a good teacher!"

I'm so, soooo, relieved that she passed.

This comes up at a very interesting time. I think I am forever pointed to a humbling fact that none of us individually possess all gifts, it is only together that we can function as the unit that will propel us forward toward our future and our destiny.

Well, as an aside, I came to that realization through the process of working out the character development for a Naruto fanfic I've been muddling about with. We do find things in odd, unexpected places.

then again, I've always held that God contacts us through ways He knows we'll hear. Whether through your and Rob's curiosity, or my fondness for storytelling. . . There's no channel He can't use.
