Like Old Friends
I stumbled across this picture the other day when I was trying to find out if The Legend of Korra was ever going to come out on DVD. I mean, it had its flaws, but it was still the world of Avatar and I enjoyed it very much for what it was. I'm reading the comics as well - solely for that reason. You know that I always struggle with comics and graphic novels for some reason, but I'm enjoying these. The art is really nice throughout and the characters are perfectly written. Good stuff. I hear in the next series we might finally learn what happened to Zuko's mom. One part of me is annoyed that it wasn't told in animation, but on the other side I'm like, "God, finally."
