I liked this interview, too. EK seems to be a very down-to-earth guy. I also really like that he doesn't take criticisms personally and he seems interested in what fans think, but not driven by it. :-)

Yeah, I agree. He seems to be genuinely caring and honest. It´s not like with other fandoms where you cannot place the person behind the name coughCSIcough.

Or like Stargate where TPTB want to insert themselves into everything and resent the attention given to the actors. The Stargate PTB also really seem to enjoy stirring up fandom.
