Wedding update 200 days

I just posted this on my weddingplans account. But sometimes you guys are interested too:

Well, the knot says I'm 200 days out so it must be true. Some things have changed since my first post (300 days)

Here's the new pics!

So, I changed my hairstyle now.
This is how I usually look

This is how I want to look on my wedding day. Well. Minus her ugly face :P

Our bridesmaids dresses changed. I decided I didn't want pickups on their dress because it would be too froofy. So we decided on these. We ordered them late February and they were in by Mid March! I'm impressed :)

I love the brooch on the side, but its rhinestones so I'm thinking I might remove it and find a pearly brooch instead. It'll go better with our colors. (Espresso and champagne with lots of accents of burgundys and oranges)

My bouquet has changed very drastically. I've found the beautiful flower the anemone and I fell in LOVE. I couldn't imagine a bouquet without them now.
I especially love these two examples with the monkey tails!
I think I'd like mine wrapped in a dark chocolate ribbon or a deep wine colored ribbon.

My only fear is that they might blend in too much with my dress and not really pop enough. So I'm thinking of a way to add maybe some burgundy dahlias to the mix.

I bought my bridesmaids their first gifts as well! I bought these amazing bouquet charms (which can later be worn as necklaces or key chain charms) from a fantastic seller on www.etsy.com (her name is Shannonsshop, check her out!)

They will have their Initials on the front and a french word that starts with that inital. Mine will have my wedding date on the back.

We picked our photographer. She is so talented it literally takes my breath away. We have our engagement session with her on may 7th.
Here is where we will be taking our E-pics.

Oh what a pretty flowers..where might they be located?
...

ALCATRAZ ISLAND! That's right. We're taking our E-pics at one of the most infamous prisons of all time. We're going to do some outside in the gardens and some inside the cells if they will let us. We're just bizarre like that. The best part is, it was FI's conservative mothers idea. When I told her we were going to do e-pics in san francisco, she said "Where, Alcatraz?" and she chuckled heartily. I, meanwhile, thought it was brilliant. She now knows better than suggest something to me flippantly, because I'll probably think it's a fantastic idea :P

We will also be taking some more "conventional" pics on Lombard street

and Russian Hill in this park across from all the victorian houses

These are some samples from my awesmazing photographer Erica Berger:

Ok. Seriously. I must stop now because I could post favorite pics from her ALL night.

For our escort cards we will be making our own wine cork tag holders. We are getting married at a winery and I also just thought this was a really cute idea. It's not original but it's fun!

Ok, I think I will end this post with our cake toppers. I ordered them from another fabulously helpful seller Rainsend. She makes felted birdies for cake toppers.

These are not our exact birds, as they are still being made. But this gives a good feel for them. Our wedding is having a "birds and branches" type theme, so I think these will be perfect on top of our cake :D

Ok. I'm spent! Hope you all enjoyed looking into my little wedding planning world as much as I enjoy looking into yours! Looking forward to my 100 day post already :P
