I never really went tobogganing as a child! Lucky you!
I think the charm of Christmas wears off when you're older not only because of the fun activities which you don't seem to do anymore, but as well, the element of magic isn't there anymore. We understand that Santa Claus isn't real, and that too many hours are spent at the mall trying to make Christmas a reality. When I say reality, I mean being able to put things under the tree.

Maybe that's it. Why'd you never go tobogganing?

Didn't get to return your call by the way, I fell asleep till now, and it seems kinda late to call now!

Why? I don't know. But our family never really did anything outdoorsy when I was young, so go figure.

You're going skiing! So lucky! I haven't been in a few years :$. And I'm glad the depression is gone ^^, that's always a good thing! And for me, I've been wanting to learn manderin for quite some time now, but haven't got much learning done. heh. Don't let YOUR skis cross!

Haven't been in a few years?? That's tragic! You should go!! Don't worry about my skis, I've got them under control ;)

Huzzah for no more depression!

I hope that you had an awesome time skiing! (though I've always been more of a cross-country person, myself-at least, until I grew out of my ski boots...)

I did have a great time, amazing conditions, especially for December :)

Huzzah for no more depression indeed :D I hope all is well with you... And perhaps one day (with some new boots) you may ski again!

I've actually only been cross country skiing once... it was fun, though a very different experience than downhill.
