"Can you just explain it again, clearly and concisely, why you want to go to church?!"
Yoochun frowned at Changmin's exaggerated arm movements used to emphasize his point. " Because... because of Junsu..."
Changmin shook his head in pity. "Hyung, does it sound ridiculous now that you hear it from your own mouth?"
"But it's...it's not like that!" Yoochun struggles to find words to defend himself. "Is it so wrong to just spend time with your friend?!"
"Your statement would be correct if it wasn't for one word."
"...'friend'?"
"No."
"...'time'?"
"No."
".........'it'...?"
"No!" Changmin wanted to bang his head against Yoochun's in frustration. "The word is 'just'! Don't tell me you just want to be friends with him."
Yoochun stared at his hands, downcasted. "But I really want to spend more time with him..."
"Look, what will that accomplish? In the end, you'll just hurt yourself more."
"But he'll be unhappy if I don't go..."
"And YOU will be unhappy if you go."
Instead of replying, Yoochun merely glared at the table. There was a few moments of silent war between the two, both unwilling to back down. Finally, Changmin sighed. "Yoochun-hyung, I know he's important to you, but you should take care of yourself as well. It's been six years...maybe it's time to let go?"
Without waiting for a response, he left Yoochun alone with his thoughts.
