Victor Davis Hanson RULES. He gave a lecture about Vietnam (about the Tet Offensive, incidentally) at my school a few weeks back.

I'd like to learn enough American military history that I could teach a class on it someday. Unfortunately, I don't know where I'd go besides the military to learn such a thing. And I wouldn't join any military that would have me as a member.
