The best way to deal with a argumentative pregnant woman pulled over for speeding?

Tasers!

Perhaps I'm old fashioned, but this really seems like overkill to me. I admit I'm not a cop, lawyer. or pregnant woman though.

I think the tendency to work towards the favor of cops is becoming increasingly tiresome in the legal system.

Having seen that, I suspect what influenced the majority decision was the fact that the woman was still able to influence her car, and by some views, still possessing a potentially deadly weapon. Having said that, I'm very much in favor of the dissent.

I feel like it's favor for tasers, honestly. If they had used a telescoping riot baton or a shotgun loaded with rubber pellets they probably wouldn't have fared so well. People still seem to have this idea that tasers are non-lethal as opposed to less-lethal than some other things, so sure, why not use them at the drop of a hat.
