Move to central Indiana and you can have a 3 bed, 2 bath, decent neighborhood for $80,000-$150,000.

Don't forget that with bidding wars, it's not always how much you offer, but also on you. The fact that you have a good stable job and good credit and probably putting a good chunk down as a downpayment will cause people to pick you over other people who might be offering more.
