A whole hot gravy day of stress. Cranked my social knob to 11 and did some demonstrations and interviews for the travel channel while attempting to circumscribe a few trade secrets and such. I'm sure I'll show up on the travel channel website at some time.

Customers can suck my cock. We just had one bitch today that told me since someone in my department told them (supposedly) that it was okay if they did "X" that I should allow it because they got bad information.

"Unfortunatly ma'AM(emphasis). What you want to do is against the law so regardless of what anyone said prior, you can't do it."

She tried putting on the waterworks--so I did the proper government employee thing and went to lunch.

So I bet if you looked at that cunts credit card record the same day she purchased goods off your site she probably:
got fuel
had her nails done
bought groceries
got something on Ebay
and since she's a dumb whore has a keylogger from surfing ivillage.com and the vagina.forums.com and clicking on e-mail ads

Ugh, the whole 'well someone else did/said...' argument. I get that too - where one of my new employees will do something for a customer forgetting it's against company policy, and then inevitably the person will come back and try to swindle us the same way, except they get me this time. "Oh, well thank you for informing me that my employee did that, I'll have to talk to them." Usually shuts them up, thinking they may have gotten someone in trouble not knowing I'm the boss - there's a strategic advantage in looking young.
