Uhhh... I just received my first fully sanctioned class E license to drive. By accident. No test, no questions - the lady at the tax collectors office obviously couldn't parse the reality of my owning a car and not knowing how to operate it, a breech of logic so unintelligible I can only assume it was an instinctual whim on the part of her sanity
