Following my last day at NV on Dec 16, I went on a vacation to the Kanab, UT area with Robin and my in-laws. I'd gotten permits for Coyote Buttes North and South, and we also planned to drop by the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and do some volunteering ( Read more... )

Not quite -- we didn't get to wander around in Coyote Buttes South, but honestly, we wouldn't have had much time anyway. Next time, I guess I'll try for a vehicle with higher ground clearance, and a much earlier start time!

We got a shot of the "adopted" board with Darcy's name on it. Doesn't mean all that much, but we thought you might like it. :)

I haven't put anything up yet! Not from this trip nor from the one in January! I guess I should do something about that, but I'd rather spend the day playing video games. XD
