I qualified and was snipped and it worked. Presumably. At least the world seems a hell of a lot sharper now. Its odd when you thought the town was made outta concrete and turns out it is, in fact, grey tile you just couldnt see ( Read more... )

Glad it turned out alright!

And, what did the girl in the mirror look like? ;)

Hope all heals up quickly. Actually, I thought it would hurt a lot more.

The girl in the mirror looks like seven shades of hell -I was under the assumption that I was not so bad, until I unfortunately learned different =).

..It may have something to do with a/ I am not allowed to wear any makeup. b/ I am now allowed to wash with anything but water from neck up -no shampoo, and conditioner is from the devil c/ I can have no hair produce, spray, nothing.

It will change by next week though. All I have for this week is a funeral, and I am not quite vain enough to care, with that.

Also you are a sweetheart ^^

Thank you love, can we have a meeting as soon as I heal?

What you mean but fail to say is this:
"Let's meet so I can see you and discover what you actually look like and then run away."

I figured, you can see how *I* look and then panic -I sure as hell did. I cannot attend a gym until next month!!

I may not wash from the neck up, I may not do anything to my hair, I may wear no makeup, and I may not train. I can see myself and bloody hell do I wish I could not...

Right now I would be grateful to anyone agreeing to being seen in public with me =).

Oh thanks for the encouragement -the "its been 30 years. Really. This is safe!" was what went through my head when my eyes were grabbed with the pressure rings =).

It will be three months or more before I am through with the eyedrops, though.. but they feel nice and calm and when in the past I had to, shudder, *sleep* when I was tired, its just more eyedrops now. ^^

Its neat. Thx for the encouragement =)

Do you get the eye-drops with cocoaine in them as well? (My mom got those)

I was just thinking 'bout the laser thingie yesterday, walking around all blurry on a disticntly vague underground party, though only part of all this blurriness could ofcourse be helped by lasering my eyes. Glad your eyes turned out ok, and the rest will prob' follow :)

LOL, I wished. I got antibiotic drops (which sting) and fake tears which are super neat. In the past when your eyes get dry and tired, you must stop reading, and in worst case scenario *gasp* see about sleeping. Now I add some goo and carry on.

I expect I will be able to see the concerts and look nice, simultaneously, but really. Underground parties? Not blurry? I am very fond of you but now youre just being silly =).
