I voted early to beat the rush. There was plenty of activity at the polling place given that it was 5PM on a Saturday a week and a half before the election but I didn't have to wait in line.
Thankfully, it worked out okay in the end, and even without days of Florida or somesuch stringing out the outcome. ^_^ The problems facing smaller parties seeing representation remain, but that's a different matter, albeit one that seems to be discussed rarely in US political circles.
