Congrats! :-)

I have a question, and reading this post I think you're the perfect person to ask. I'm not a runner, and never have been. I just don't do well with it, even when I was very young I'd get winded very easily and therefore did not like to run. I have been tested for asthma, and that's been ruled out. So I think it's just that I've never been in the proper condition for running.

So any tips/pointers for someone who's at the VERY beginning of starting to run? I really want to start running and one day, be decent at it (in that I will be able to run a mile or few and NOT feel like I'm about to die in doing so -- as opposed to now, where I can't run but less than a minute without feeling like I'm about to die. . .)

I don't know either. It may or may not be "horrible", but the point is that you did it, which is great! :-)

Thanks so much!
