After watching Episode I for the first time in years, and having some time and perspective over my original youthful viewing, I've some commentary. A little late, you say? Pshaw. It's never too late to deconstruct!

I'll preface this with a simple statement:

Further note on Panda Bear or whatever her name is... what kind of world would elect a 13 year old to be their president/queen? Seriously. And what kind of a senate would take ANYONE from their world seriously? Palatine should have been laughed off the stage when someone mentioned his name as the new head chancellor.
