Awww, Melissa! You're making me feel nostalgic too. And thank you so much for your nice words - I'm touched to hear that IP is still enjoyable after all this time. I have fond memories of your limericks and poems - do you still have them as well? They were really great and witty and I think you'd have a good chuckle re-reading them too.

In other news, I hope the packing is going fine. Whereabouts is Connecticut? My U.S. geographical orientation is sort of limited to the places where my favorite tv shows are set.

(Although as part of research for the latest Numb3rs fic I just posted, I did extensive research on the Pacific Coast Highway from LA to San Francisco, and am now convinced I actually need to take that road trip myself because, wow, the scenery is gorgeous and all I've seen are photos.)

*blushes* I actually read through the final three chapters while the babyw as sleeping yesterday instead of packing like I was supposed to :) I vividly remember how IP-obsesed I was back then. I'd hear a song on the radio, and my first inclination was to listen to the words to see if it would be a good IP song or not. To this day, I can't hear "Hanging By A Moment" without thinking of you and IP :) Alas, I don't have any of my poems or limericks, and I think I'd like to read the soap opera parody I wrote as well as the Night Before Christmas one. I remember working long on the latter while I was working at the library ( ... )
