This really is a well done piece, despite your doubts.

As a fellow insomniac I sympathize. I remember feeling like my brain had shut off and I was swimming in molasses the day after taking certain meds. All I can say is that you aren't alone and it does get better.

Thanks for your kind words and the comment. The not sleeping was so horrible I really have no choice but to give the meds a go. Looking forward to better days....
