What a week at the regional hospital. I would say 85% of the time my preceptor made me feel like I knew nothing. I like how people going into any facet of the medical field get infinitely more internship training than student teachers, who get one semester. And I like this fact even more since my potential life plans have just drastically, drastically changed. Holy cow. :/

We get a week every semester during methods (four semesters) to teach a unit, and then student teaching lasts a semester. 180 hours of teaching time. I was 9 weeks in when they told me I was failing. And that is all the preparation you get.
