Their wanting you to meet more people is a good sign - it means they're considering you seriously enough to shop you around. Not meeting with more people is usually a bad sign (the first people you met aren't interested therefore why have others interview you), although in certain situations its a really good one (they want you so much they don't need other opinions). The latter is very rare because in most organizations, many people have to give the thumbs' up.
My comment about lunch is as much a warning as highlighting a good sign. Don't let the informal situation lure you into behaving inappropriately. Don't reveal something over lunch that you wouldn't reveal in someone's office.
