You have got to be kidding me. Already I avoid CC because their staff doesn't know their goods (one told me they didn't sell surge suppressor strips - they were on the wall behind her), this will drive me away forever.

Is there an electronics retailer anyone likes? (I buy most things online, but I'm unlikely to buy my next TV that way, and sometimes you need something now rather than in a week.) Mostly I depend on knowing what I want before I go into the store, since I figure I'm doing well if the employee can tell me where the item I'm looking for is. (More often, I'm better off just looking on my own.)
