Hey, Anti-Defamation folk:

Because of the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, aren't on-campus recruiters in violation of school anti-discrimination policy?

I don't believe so, since technically the recruiters aren't allowed to approach any student, they can only speak to students that approach them, which would make it impossible to discriminate against anyone, for that matter. I guess you could argue that since it's an enforcement a policy that discriminates against...

i'm just thinking... if a student made it clear that they were gay, even if they approached a recruiter, the recruiter wouldn't accept them.

but seeing as how none of the recruiters have been reaching their quotas, they might just act like they didn't hear you.
