SNOW!!!!
By Houston standards, we have a blizzard! Flurries started about 7PM last night. This morning we awoke to 1 or 2 inches on the ground. I am 62 years old, and I've only seen this much snow 5 times in my life. Schools are delaying their starts by 2-3 hours, and some offices as well. Freeway overpasses are closed. Imagine my disbelief (and yes, rude teenage mockery) when one year we actually had COLD days - not snow days, COlD days - off from school because the temperature dipped below zero. I couldn't believe that there wasn't even any snow, and we still got days off from school because of it. :P lol
