i didn't even hear about the London bombings until this afternoon, when i got off the train and came home. and i'm not going to begin with the vain fulminations about how my father was in London earlier this month, i know some other people there now, blah blah, because that's a silly way to go about scaring yourself, not to mention flattering

We go to the college with the highest percentage of the student body being international students.

o-m-g. i swear to god. that's almost as bad as the people who say things like, "I just about had a heart attack, because I love London and I'm going to study there and then move there one day. So it's like my child or something. I'm very upset about this."

like it would have been okay if it happened anywhere else.

(some idiot posted that in horse's journal, but i didn't say anything, since i thought it might have been in bad taste to start a fight with one of her friends that i don't even know.)
