My apt. complex tried to poison me today, at least I assume that is why I woke up choking on a chemical stench. Apparently they needed to resurface the bath tub right above me with some sort of negative ventilation that sent said chemical stench down into my place. And of course, they did this first thing in the morning

Clearly, your property manager wanted to help you build up an immunity to harmful toxins...or else had faith that your Constitution score was high enough to survive them. You should be thankful for this opportunity to train your ability scores, or else regretful that we don't live in a world governed by the rules of D&D or The Elder Scrolls. My grasp of these things is a little loose at times.

In my experience, it's difficult to run a fun and compelling Mage chronicle. Then again, I don't doubt that you're a better Storyteller than the person who introduced me to World of Darkness nearly 20 years ago, and you also have a smaller group whose needs and desires are easier to meet. Hope it continues to go well.

Well, it works pretty well, but it is not really anything like a typical Mage campaign involving White Wolf's world setting stuff. Plus, there isn't even usually a lot of magic.

On the other front, the very next night, my AC went out. It took a couple of days, but it is great now, which is wonderful since it is about 98 & muggy for the last few days & the next several days.
