I am ignoring most of your post because I have not finished Season 3 yet. I wanted to comment on Olivia's memory loss. It seems perfectly legit that she's blocked that out of her memory because of the trauma that she endured in the daycare. It wasn't your standard run-of-the-mill daycare. They did experiments on her. She could have blocked it out because of the trauma or the trauma could have affected how she would remember it.

I have heard of children much older not remembering specific things of their childhood. Memory is a curious thing. I buy it.
