babe.....y la like dat? u know what? go pack your work and drive (or fly) down to dungun! U really really need to spend a day or two in tanjung ara/jara (idonno)! Ask your papa la! I bet he'll give your the green light...! You really need your spirit back. Plus you still continue doing your work there kan...not like u sajer jur pegi! Good luck!!!!!

i dont think i can go without sleep for 3 days straight tho.. especially coz i have to drive and stuff.. like dangerous je! hehe
but i agree with u on the momentum thingy! ahh.. that's my problem right there. seriously, it's so hard to start once u've stopped!

d) clean your space + shower as much as u can ... freshen up whenever u feel frustrated or any of that bad spirit.

maybe coz i jarang la depress time buat keje....hihihi i slalu mandi pagi bute jur..huw k la. good luck!
