This just strikes me as someone being difficult and saying no I'm not covering my boob.

Because in the real world we all need to get along. Just as it is the right of the mother to breastfeed her baby, it is the right of someone else not to be offended by someone elses behavior in a public place.
She was asked to cover up and offered a blanket because someone was offended by it, the polite thing would of been to say sure, and cover the baby.
I am all for seeing boobs in public, but I also understand that some people might be upset at seeing them.

did you really read it? Her boob wasn't exposed at all. They basically wanted to hide the fact that her son was nursing at all.

I just read that - I can not believe that they didn't back down. I mean, they're fucking Delta - They have got to have at least one PR person, that even if they don't agree with it, sees how STUPID it is to get into this fight. I hope she gets a ton of money. Gesh.
