thaT IS TiGHT-On

tight + right-on

Static is rather timeless it seems. Like the unspecific area between dimensions/waves

...where everything happens all at once. like TV snow, television static. from every channel altogether. when there is one channel of all channels, the walls become forgotten as they drift back into antiquity as quaint artifacts. all boundaries, separations, insulations, distances fade, yield nothing but soft chuckles, looking low, slow, sadly insipid, but happening still just not here, or seemingly elsewhere, not 'here', where all is rather, um, uncorked...
thank you for the compliment. sometimes we get lucky.
sometimes my rockets go *poof* too.

adrenal overload static. outrage overload static. cognitive dissonance static. ak. future shock. funny, i studied that book in high school. i noticed the tone of my Fpage had mutated over the years. the last 9 years. i was wondering about what's driving people batshit crazy when Lorenzo posted this podcast with Bruce Damer on it. typical fare, but this one stood waaay out: Damer-OaxacaPt2.mp32012 is getting too close & that ol naked singularity gonna get us if the rapture don't. bad noise to ( ... )

I like this image a lot. I think if I had drawn it, I would walk around entirely too proud of myself for it. It's incredible.

I'm not sure what to say other than it's really inspiring. I'll have to show you what I've been doing. I think you might find it interesting.

it fell together. like i said in another comment here, it was luck on many aspects of the session. it came from without, etc. as they say. actually, i believe much of our thinking process is not conscious, but still, there was gobs and gobs of luck involved. mostly what drove the piece was relief-borne calm. i had been wrapped exceedingly tight of late, and worrying about it made it worse. so i kinda drew my way out...

i follow my nose mostly, as you know. i don't mind being a passenger as it were (it is by choice after all) but good pieces like this almost upset the apple cart by tempting me to control, which is a no-no; i'll miss out on the greater universe (and put out contrived and crafted crap). i'm an ass but do sometimes shit roses, as it were. (& if i wore rose-colored glasses wouldn't see them roses!)

yes indeed, i want to see what you've done. to me, you're the real deal.

You know... every once in a while it seems I get to let things go and I produce a piece which is just an incredible experience to execute and it feels like just letting go. I agree those are the best.

I don't know if I'd call your work luck, sort of like a super car hitting 60 in 4 seconds and calling itself accidentally fast...

It's closer to magical, I'd rather approach it that way.

I posted a piece of my own... "luck"
