who is this drug dealer? where is worldwide plaza? and why was he actually holding pot? doesn't sound like a very sophisticated drug-selling operation if you ask me (but he's obviously a nice guy).

His name is Henry! (that is a lie. I have no idea. But I think he looked like a Henry)
WWP cuts between 50th and 51st streets, and 8th and 9th ave. It is a lovely area full of tables and chairs and people.
Maybe he felt comfortable holding it because it was after 10pm, and the law says that pot is only illegal before 10pm?
