While it would be all over the media here, the result would be the same, since everyone knows that " Money talks...bullshit walks" But yeah, KT is just singing what they're given and they shouldn't have been attacked like that...though I do have this sneaking suspicion that whomever brought that up is a secret die hard fan of Jin's ( you know..the ones that believe Jin can do no wrong)

Under copyright law the only person that could have been sued is the guy that wrote the music since not the Agency or even Kat-tun and then it has to be proved that it's the same exact song.

I'm sure the settlement that AVTechno would get from that would not be much, which is probably the reason why he talked about it on Twitter instead and garnered the outrage of everyone who then spoke badly about Kat-tun which then made the Agency settle because they wouldn't want the publicity.
