Its my birthday and every time someone has mentioned it, all i wanna do is cry. I'm exhausted, worn into the ground and barely surviving. I do not eat because I"m too tired and sad for anything to even sound appealing. Too much.

I just wanna crawl into bed and sleep for days.

Zach starts daycare on wednesday.
