At your next interview, if you get asked a similar question, I think you should just explain that your path has not yet included much opportunity for achievement in a workplace, but that you'd like to talk instead about your many great achievements outside of work! It would be ridiculous of him to insist on the "at work" qualifier.
Don't be discouraged!! I think you know how talented and intelligent you are (or else you could never possibly be Andy's sister), so don't lose sight of that!
