i currently am living in the antithesis of the west end...
12 yonge street so our building block is surrounded by yonge street/lakeshore/harbour/bay street...right beside the gardner in a brand new hipster condo building with its own party room, movie theater, swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, putting green, sauan, gym, business centre for studying and using free uber fast internet (which i am currently using now)and thats just to name a couple of the emenities. you would laugh at the principle alone which belongs to a building like this.
