I procastinated on a big project for my busuiness class and ended up spending all of Sunday Night, followd by all of Monday (Skipping school) and working on it until 2 in the morning. It ended up being around 25 pages long and because I was bored with it having to be professional, I rebelled and made an awesome cover sheet.

Does anyone else think it's selfish when corporations donate large sums of money for the publicity? I always think it's ironic when companies donate money for good causes, but make sure their donations are carried with big advertisements and plenty of media coverage. The money they donate is a deductible so they are really benefiting themselves ( Read more... )

Today there was a husky 70 year old man sitting in my philosophy class. I sat down and he began to tell me a story about traveling 500 miles in Spain for a pilgrimage, it cost about 10 bucks a day and sounded very interesting.. My philosophy teacher gave me a verbal pat on the back for participating in our book study circles.
