Fox Pulls Dollhouse Off November Sweeps Schedule
By Gina DiNunno Thu Oct 22, 6:42 AM PDT
The networks will be pulling out all the stops for November sweeps, but Dollhouse will be nowhere to be found.
Fox has pulled the Joss Whedon drama from its November schedule entirely, according to Entertainment Weekly.
The series will return in December, with back-to-back episodes on Friday nights. Beyond that, it's unclear, but it doesn't look good.
Do you think this means sci-fi series is doomed to cancellation after its current 13-episode order?

Joss Whedon will direct an episode of Glee, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
The wunderkind, who created Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly and Dollhouse, earned his musical stripes with a singing-and-dancing episode of Buffy titled "Once More, With Feeling" and the Emmy-winning Internet musical sensation Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along
Whedon posted a message on the Whedonesque fan site confirming the news. "I will have the privilege of shooting an episode of Glee. Why Glee? Because I love cops, serial killers and gritty urban drama (I haven't seen the show yet)," he joked.
Don't expect demons and robo-babes to flood the halls of McKinley High in Whedon's episode of Glee. "A television director's job is, on some level, to be anonymous," the 45-year-old director said in his posting, "to find the most compelling way to present a story without calling attention to himself." Whedon has previously directed two episodes of NBC's The Office.
