 So as I said previously I've been on the busy side. When I was asked to be the co-leader for the frg I asked about the time commitment. I was told 10-20 hrs a month. That was so very totally wrong. But I am glad I'm doing it. I did have to go to this brunch that was sort of high comedy in a way. All I can say is I did  meet some very nice women

Regarding setting up IM, you can link to the AIM Express link (go to www.aim.com for a link from there; I'm too lazy right now) and it will pop open an AIM Express window without having to load AIM onto the PC.
