...Okay, that sounds more judgemental than it's supposed to be, but you get what I mean, right?

What goes through your head when you write villains?

Hmm. Tricky. If you'll recall, most of my stuff doesn't have out and out villians, though when I do write them, it tends to be Megatron, surprisingly enough. In that case, I work very hard to keep his very unqiue idea of right and wrong in check, without actually making it judgemental. Megatron does bad things, but he doesn't think of them as such. That, I guess, is the key. No one really thinks of themselves as evil, no matter what they do.

What tends to come first to you, plot or chara?

Yes. No, seriously. Some stuff comes about by virtue of just wanting to write a particular character, while plot usually suggests which characters would be most compatable with it. So the one is linked to the other, and sometimes one comes first, sometimes the other. More often than not, as I said, it comes from getting a great idea, which then almost instantly suggests a cast.

You know, I'm not entirely sure. Some stuff just seems to come to me out of the blue, some of it comes from thinking on things and going "wouldn't that be cool" and others come from realizing there's something left unanswers or untouched upon that needs to be.
