I pulled up after getting lost. A gravel drive, a slight hill. My rental car securely parked. I felt nervous. How strange to be invited to a birthday party by a two year old who will not remember you and could not write the invitation. Scott saw me first and seemed happy to see me, same with Tulie. Dude way to make me cry at work. Like I'm holding back full on tears. Dude and the henry and the hollins, and the wedding.

And I heart Tulie btw. She and I bonded in workshop. I wish I'd known you were going to say hi to her, because I would have asked you to say hi for me. I'm not sure I have seen her since she graduated!

Jessie Huff's wedding. She was a political science major...She's on the facebook :)

And I'll totally tell her (Tulie) hi for you next time we email/ etc. She's super excited because next year she's not going back to community school and will be able to start writing again.

I didn't know you were going to see him. I bet it was amazing. I wish I could have been there. How sad to think about how big a part of my life he was and know that he has no idea who any of us are.
I'm so happy that you got to see them. He sounds so grown up.

He does sound grown up doesn't he. That's what's strange is he's this mix of grown up and baby. kinda like us.

Hey it's Page. And I just read your thing about Jessie's wedding. Man, if you know where to see pics or anything, you just have to tell me. I bet she looked amazing.

It is weird to see everyone, isn't it? I went to graduation and saw Emily and Rachel, etc. I had been to HU 2 weeks before, but this was weirder. Because all these friends were there, and the chairs on the quad were set up, but I had already graduated. There had already been a year between all of the activity. But upon sitting down with the girls and chatting, we picked up where we seemingly left off last year. It was bittersweet.

Anyhoo... I just wanted to say hi. This is obviously my LiveJournal name now (not like I ever write in it). Hope things are well with you. Keep in touch. And thanks for detailing Jessie's wedding. I wish I could have been there to see her.

yeah, what's your email and I'll send you some of mine. Her dad was the photographer (he was a pretty famous news photographer) and so I don't know if there will be any set up online.

It just occured to me that I might have an account with snapfish or something so I could post some there. Curious and I will check that out. But yeah send me your email and I'll send you a few.

Also I'll pass on your warm wishes. SHe's in the Virgin Islands right now (they left for their honeymoon right after). I'm still using my hollins email: tsmith@hollins.edu, but also tararsmith@gmail.com.
