Yep just a bit of drama and nobody got hurt so now it's just a fun story to recount.

Baby! I'm glad you're okay!! And the kitty...and your uncle! They must have done a smashing good job if you only lost that much stuff and your celing had bucked in. Who the hell started the damn thing? Want me to bitch slap them? And yes deary, renters insurance is fabulous.

Yep I'm a total pet mom. You should have seen me out there talking to the cat, "You're such a good girl. Did this stress my good girl out?" We're not even gonna talk about the "pretty kitty" refrences. Besides the uncle supposedly can take care of himself (although the lesson learned is that I need a guy that can handle a crisis at least half as well as I can). The poor kitty had no idea what was going on and seemed to think hiding under the bed was the safest option.
