i think i'm paying the price for being mean to my body.  my parents came down this weekend, and i got to see christine march, with her school, in the parade at disneyland (she's in marching band).  however, as much fun as i had, i got no sleep.  especially on saturday, when i had to return home late (for i had a rehearsal at 9 am the next day :p ( Read more... )

Hopefully you don't mind if I give you a full helpful tips.

1. If your sleep deprived, stay away from the stuff that is ment to make you either sleepy or go to sleep. It honestly does not help and leads you to think you will start needing it to fall asleep, which makes your body worse.

2. GET SOME SLEEP GIRL!!! Don't make me call you and bore you with my wrestling stories until you fall asleep. I'll do it.

3. If you need to go to sleep early in the eve and sleep through the night, do it. You will feel tons better in the morning when you wake up.

4. Stop beating yourself up please :0)
