We have a new home!  It's a beautiful apartment in Oakland (near the Oakland hills, so its a nice part of town).  Piedmont Ave. is just a few blocks away, and the Grand Lake Theatre is just down the street!  There's tones of things right within walking distance!  The apartment its self rocks!  Lots of space, three closets, all carpet, top floor,
