Time to play the game

After much reading, researching, and more reading and researching, I am deciding to take the plunge and try the P90X program. I looked over the exercises, did the pre-test, and also found substitutes for my shoulder. I'm tired of just going "oh, I need to find time to do it" I just need to do it. I did the lean routine for a while. Cardio is only 45 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. Most are an hour, Yoga is an hour and a half. And it definitely works if you can keep to it. I keep thinking about going back to it, because I'd really like to lose some weight and tone up, too, but god....I'm so lazy. XD
