Actually, I don't believe in an objective "perfection". So the 100% of the quiz is the 100% of the person designing the quiz. My perfection is probably like the 82% of his, while his 100% may be like 28% of mine... heheh... Even so, I also don't think I can ever reach my own perfection. I just want to work towards it. 7% difference is small, but as it gets smaller, it will get even tougher to make it even smaller. It is like approaching the speed of light: inertial mass increases. Perfection is meaningful only as a goal, not as a state.
