The last few days have passed like a whirlwind:

Thu - Dad hospitalized (I took urgent leave to send him there and accompany him);
Fri - Dad went on operation and then discharge (I extended the leave, also had to settle things for my brother, managed to squeeze in a stress-relieving swim while sis helped attend to dad);
Sat - Dad's surgical wound

should ask the doc to check why yr dad's wound keep bleeding.

The wound bled basically because he tossed and turned while sleeping. The good thing is that it can be arrested by direct pressure..

Yep, I will take care of my physical and mental well-being too. I am in this for the long haul... Thanks for the concern. :)

dude hugz-ed and dude will take care of himself. ;) Some part of me realizes that all these are part and parcel of life, growing up with parents growing old. So this part is telling the other part that it is alright.
