No, no, no. So often, it catches people unawares: most recently, cat_herder, who has been a friend of ours for a while.

I love being present for the "Aha!" moment, when it happens.

Both cyan_blue and questioner made sure that I met you and your lovely SO. I enjoyed getting to watch the Eric in the Elevator show as well. I loved the scene with the_ogre. I do hope that I and my coyote3502 will get a chance to get to know you better in the future.

I wouldn't mind being friended by you so I can get to know you better, but I'll wait for your lead on that one.

Again, nice to meet you this weekend at BayCon.

It was nice to have met you, however in passing, at baycon. I look forward to the day when we can have what feels like a "real conversation" to me, at which point I would be happy to Friendify you. I hope that you will continue to abide on my friends-of until that time...?

P.S.: For a long time, sarahh was the only member of jtnou that I hadn't yet friended, due to that "we've never actually *talked*" thing. So, it's *definitely* not that you've been singled out!

Oy, and then in more than a year, we never occupied the same space at the same time (knowingly)? That's kind of a shame.

Thanks for the crash space on my way to BayCon. The trip home was very quick, San JOse, to East of Seattle, and I did it in 13.75 hours! If you don't mind I would like to add ya to my friends list, as you seem a vera interestin' person.

I'm glad to have met you, myself. It would seem strange to have extended the hospitality of my home, but not my Friends List.

Maybe I'll get some time with jenk at WorldCon, although we all know what a chaotic environment *that* can be.

It seems a foregone conclusion that BZ will not have me in tow for her next flight into Sea-Tac... which is disappointing, considering the number of friends that I appear to be making in your neck of the woods!
