Well i am forced to change my views on the new head cheese. Yes he is still somewhat of a jerk in the sense that he is piling on more and more duties but it seems that he might be able to take care of my worthless dreg of society problem...so the trade off might not be a bad thing...

I am slowly being driven mad. I have a person whom is trying everything that they can think of to get me fired at the expense of not doing their job. It is just one of those crazy situations to deal with. People are just plum going crazy around here.
